Nijmegen and Arnhem form in fact a twin city. Fortunately there is a lot of tango happening in our towns besides El Corte. On May 19th 2007 the organizations came together and decided to publicize their events under the united name: TANtango.

Flor de Fango in Arnhem has been active for over 15 years. Another event location in Arnhem is the beautiful Bartok Hall.

A few tango addicts started tango cafe Hooglandt in Nijmegen in March 2002. The final tango café was in October 2006! The follow-up salon is in café de Kroon. Riette, Arnoud and Kyra also organize the Thiemepark salon in August.

Jolanda's and Majied's salon (22tango)in Villa Lila started in February 2005.

Ultimo Tango had some try outs in 2005 & 2006 during the doble ocho festival and in August during the 4 days of summer tango and will do on and off salons and raves.

Café the Kroon is a cozy neighborhood tango café with ample space to dance
